Auckland New Zealand problem More drivers equals faster pick up Make it easy for drivers for renting blue bubble cars. Have older car in the fleet too. End of the day, most passenger want clean car and faster pick up. It's not about having the latest car, older cars are okay too. Make it easy for drivers and customers. Your waiting time is bad.

When it works, it works. But looks like I will be going back to ringing cabs as 9 times out of 10 now the app freezes and doesn't tell you if/when your job has been accepted. The app itself is clunky and difficult to figure out, it was tolerable when it did at least serve its purpose in the end (although the gps tracker only ever worked half the time anyway) but now it doesn't seem to work at all for some reason. Unable to move past initial front end screen on Sony Xperia Z5. Have tried uninstall and reinstall with no joy. I thought only iPhones had these sorts of problems. Update: the owners of this app have been very forthcoming with support to try and find a solution to my problem. It seems that I need Bluetooth selected on to help find my location in the "high accuracy" mode. Odd, but true.

The button to change from now to a later time is hugely confusing and one avoids it if wanting to book a delayed request, as the button heading says 'now' which is the opposite to what is wanted. yes there is a click image but so what... reduce the size of the centre request button and give us 2 options... now or later.. some really.. have ordered a few cabs now and had to call them and cancel... the old blue bubble app.. much better.

I signed into the ihail app via Facebook a number of months ago. I had some technical difficulties with the app recently so I uninstalled then reinstalled the app and now it wont allow me to login again via Facebook anymore. I then tried registering with another email address and my mobile phone, the app wont allow me to re-register with my phone number. I use the ihail app quite often and would love to have access again. Could someone please advise how this problem could be fixed asap.

Great app that is really useful but please please please train your staff. Multiple times I have been held up because the driver doesn't know how to process in app payments. It's not their fault, they have always been lovely, but they haven't been trained to use the systems. What's the point in having a program like this if your staff don't know how to use it? The GPS also needs improvement and I would appreciate not having my requests randomly canceled.
