The sound is nothing like it should be. It beeps even when stationary. Not useful for paragliding, but good for anything that does not require sound feedback.

The last update causes the app to hang after a half hour to an hour or so. This is on two different devices with two different versions of Android. I wish I had backed up the APK before updating! Now I can't go back. After hanging, we have to close and restart the app. My other criticism is lack of documentation. It is great to be able to adjust the parameters, but they are not intuitively obvious, and I am an engineer!

Excellent. In IVSI mode it responds instantly. Have not tried it in flight yet. The "samples" setting is supposed to allow you to trade off response time (lag) vs smoothness, but doesn't seem to do anything at all (at least in IVSI mode). Even so, 5 stars.

Tried it while flying. It was erratic and inaccurate. Told me I climbing during a dive. Edit: Just landed, tried the alt static source acft VSI underread but stable. App continued to be erratic I'm afraid.Samsung S3
