Fought with this app for years now, it's terrible. Worked out two things that you might find useful. 1. It works better from a 2.4ghz signal so split your router signal. 2. When pairing your phone, don't press pair on the unit. Go through the app wizard as suggested, just don't press pair first. These two things seem to help mine to connect.

The cloud server is apparently down for good, so no point in having the app anymore. The device itself now a local standalone weather station, that guzzles electrical energy in order to forever try connecting to an server that is offline. I can't even change to Celsius without a working app. You're better off using a cheap 10$ weather station than this planned obsolence device.

Absolutely useless. After struggling to get the app and unit synced finally by pure luck had success. Now it has lost sync with unit and I cannot restore the connection. Base station connects to network and syncs time but nothing else, not able to bind between app and unit. Maybe the turned the server off again? Customer service won't even respond to queries, all around bad product, support and service if I could give it a negative number I would.

Awful! This app wont retain critical information such as the hemisphere I live. It does not connect. It shows a rain icon when the sun is shining and vice versa when the rain is falling. So terrible!!!

Installed on galaxy s5 late last year worked well for a couple of monts then just stop. Have tried many different things but still nothing. It opens up but gives me no readings at all. Pretty usless app as far as I'm concerned.

I bought the weather station because of the WiFi connectivity and access via the mobile app, but the app always crashes and unfortunately is pretty useless.
