Using BlueStacks

So dysfunctional and painful to use that I made it to stop 18 of 50+ and was ready to throw my phone in the Inner Harbor. Next year, just put a printed map in the program booklet and be done with it.

In 2016, the Baltimore Office of Promotion & The Arts (BOPA) joined forces with partners throughout our great city and launched a transformational event for Baltimore.
