There are a lot of restaurants to choose from, a lot of good promotions, and reasonable delivery fee. But the UI needs a lot of work, debit card payment option is sometimes disabled, and most importantly delivery takes way much time than the estimated time. Edit: customer service called and solved the issue. Very polite, very helpful. Thank you!

The service is good, but unfortunately the app have few bugs that appears from time to time on certain shops (can't place orders, or that shop menu is totally removed except for maybe 4 dishes)... it happened 3 to 4 times with me already... raise a ticket they will solve it in 24 to 48hrs, but this is not enough... the issue keeps occurring occasionally. 😑😑

I am very much disappointed about your service. Not for first time I have many bad experience. The two most high lighted is I waited for one order for more than 3 hours. And they apologize for that incident. For second time they inform my order cancelled after 1 hour of my order time. Even they inform after I follow up regarding it. So please remember time is valuable for every one. Okkk

if there was option to give ZERO stars i would give that. HORRIBLE CUSTOMER SERVICE , they took more than 2 hours to deliver the food. while the food was in the restaurant getting cold. the drivers are sleeping and not interested in delivering the food. there is no way of tracking the drivers or contacting them.

Really poor service. Still fighting for my money. Extremely disappointed. Not suggesting anyone. 22-05-2021: I have to write again and again. Please don't use this app again. Their aim is not to deliver food. They don't know what they are doing. Keep saying excuses and all. I am now worried that my credit card credentials are with them. A perfect example of cheating. I have no idea how Qatar govt allows these kind of fraud business people to run business here. Shame.
