I like the joint and this app worked fine on my old mobile phone. Got a new phone recently and apparently this app isn't compatible with newer android phones. I've tried downloading it twice and it won't go past the location permission screen even after allowing permission. I finally gave up and uninstalled it. Stuck having to call to check in. The app was more convenient.

The change to no longer hold the patientd check in place in line makes the app nearly pointless. Really poor choice in the time of covid when waiting in a small office is not how many people want to spend their time.

Did not show any places near me. I am in LA county and the closest place on the app was in the bay area up north then out in New Mexico... useless.

I like the Joint but this app is almost completely worthless. If I check-in online and it says 30 minute wait time and then I show up 30 minutes later and still have to wait for an additional 30 minutes, then what is the point? The app does show the wait times so you know how long you'll be sitting in the waiting room which is why i gave it 2 stars instead of 1. But as far as a check-in app, it is worthless because no spot is held for you until you check-in at the location.

App seems to work just fine for me. I see a lot of negative reviews that the location finder doesn't work for some, but it zooms right in to the nearest location for me when I use it.

The app only works with older phones and have no options to check in or get in line
