Why can't I stay logged in to my own app for more than 30 mins?! If I needed to check my security cameras in a hurry I have to log in again, enter a PIN, then it says go back and enter your PW. By then I discover that the motion sensors were not fast enough to capture the photo/video of someone that I know was at my house. Comon. Why won't you fix this? We are stuck w the equipment and a useless dealer. My Arlo cam & app is way faster, super reliable, and keeps me logged in.

1) log in is bad 2) code doesn't work 3) can't bypass or clear alarms 4) connecting to system is flaky sometimes. Devs... any response to users concerns? 2.1 shows you do not care about your product or customer feedback.

Getting randomly logged out is very annoying. Timing out over and over again when trying to get into the system is also very annoying and time consuming.

I have to sign in at least twice every time I use it, forget about using the pin. Can't change thermostat using the app most days.

Not at all dependable. Hangs/crashes as often as it works. Been waiting for an update to fix the bugs, but none in over a year.

Yup. App is a joke. Cant arm or disarm my 2 locations. This is 2-3 years later and still no fixes? This is sad.
