Installation Instructions

This article outlines two straightforward methods for installing FLUSSI on PC Windows and Mac.

Using BlueStacks

  1. Download the APK/XAPK file from this page.
  2. Install BlueStacks by visiting http://bluestacks.com.
  3. Open the APK/XAPK file by double-clicking it. This action will launch BlueStacks and begin the application's installation. If the APK file does not automatically open with BlueStacks, right-click on it and select 'Open with...', then navigate to BlueStacks. Alternatively, you can drag-and-drop the APK file onto the BlueStacks home screen.
  4. Wait a few seconds for the installation to complete. Once done, the installed app will appear on the BlueStacks home screen. Click its icon to start using the application.

FLUSSI contiene le informazioni generate dal Sistema regionale di rilevazione automatizzato dei flussi di traffico (Sistema MTS), realizzato da Regione, Province e Anas, consultabili geograficamente; la Regione ne cura la gestione, in collaborazione con gli altri enti.
Il Sistema è composto da 283 postazioni fisse di rilievo, installate lungo la principale viabilità statale e provinciale, attive da settembre 2008, 24 ore al giorno; le postazioni classificano i veicoli in 10 categorie e registrano i parametri di conteggio e viabilità.

FLUSSI visualizza i flussi di traffico su circa 2.000 km di strade statali e provinciali, aggiornati ad intervalli di circa 4 ore; i flussi di traffico su diversi sfondi di Google Map (strade, strade ibrido, satellite, terreno) e senza sfondo; la perimetrazione delle località abitate; l'informazione anagrafica e di transito di ogni singola postazione; le strade per territorio provinciale e comunale, nome e numero strada, postazione e veicoli (leggeri, pesanti, conteggiati, non classificati); le mappe complete dei numeri di transiti e delle velocità medie; l'informazione di flusso di traffico sul tronco stradale corrispondente alla postazione; la selezione personalizzata dei flussi di traffico per periodi temporali (giorno e ora); la ricerca per Provincia, Comune, nome strada, numero strada, postazione, veicoli (leggeri, pesanti, conteggiati e non classificati); consente le funzioni di geolocalizzazione e di zoom sull'area selezionatala mobilità, dove è possibile effettuare il download.
