I have downloaded the app, Updated, added funds and can not dispense ice from the app using the funds on my account. Each time I have purchased ice since downloading the app, I have been forced to physically place cash in the machine to get my ice. I also cannot redeem my coupons for the 2 free bags of ice I have earned. App locks up when trying to use it, will detect my location but doesn't give me any option at all to dispense ice from that location even with me sitting in front of it.

Unusable. I know for a fact that there are locations near me that aren't shown on the map. Additionally, the menu items are formatted to badly I can even click on some items. PLUS it makes you VERIFY your phone number or email... to buy some ice?!?!

I can hardly ever get this app to work. Either it says it doesn't have permission to use my location or it says there are no machines when I'm sitting next to one. If it does load the locations, it takes forever to actually load. Then they raise the price for a bag of ice.

Waiting on a location seems to take forever by the time it gets back to me I have already found the ice machine I have been using as app for a while I travel a lot and enjoy your ice but using your app I have used it 2 or 3 times already this month still waiting on my free ice... Seem strange to say free eyes when I can go home take tap water and make ice and it would be free

V1.6.2, Apr 29, 2021 of the software does not work yet. You can not buy ice with this version. Hopefully this will be fixed soon and will work in the next update.

Dear app developers, please remove the distance limit for buying ice. I buy ice for others on the way to my house. This restriction inconveniences both me & them. There's no reason for this, it's my money; let me spend it as I see fit.
