Installation Instructions

This article outlines two straightforward methods for installing GIF Express Camera on PC Windows and Mac.

Using BlueStacks

  1. Download the APK/XAPK file from this page.
  2. Install BlueStacks by visiting http://bluestacks.com.
  3. Open the APK/XAPK file by double-clicking it. This action will launch BlueStacks and begin the application's installation. If the APK file does not automatically open with BlueStacks, right-click on it and select 'Open with...', then navigate to BlueStacks. Alternatively, you can drag-and-drop the APK file onto the BlueStacks home screen.
  4. Wait a few seconds for the installation to complete. Once done, the installed app will appear on the BlueStacks home screen. Click its icon to start using the application.

Using LDPlayer

About this app

GIF Express Camera (formerly Face2Gif) is the fastest way to create your own animated gifs right from your phone or tablet! It's perfect for reaction gifs (reaction faces, selfies), and time-lapse shots. Then add cool effects like captions and share it with your friends or on the Internet!

This app uses your front or back camera to record your face, and converts it into an animated gif picture to share with your friends, on your blog, or everywhere!

Please note that if you are sending your pictures via SMS, the receiver has to install another Gallery app, because the default android picture viewer does NOT support animated pictures. However it should work fine on your favourite chat client! Just share the picture to your chat application from the app.

The app is newly released so please bear with me in fixing all the bugs, please report if the app crashes or does something nasty!
