Welcome to Mappity, an application designed by locals to help you properly prepare your trip to Bordeaux!

We deeply love our city and it is easy to miss a great place. That's why this guide is essential for you to visit and enjoy Bordeaux as if you always lived there !

The application allows you to view hundreds of points of interest (restaurants, bars, hotels, shops, etc ...) on a nice and intuitive map!

It works both online and offline so it doesn't matter if you have signal or not in Bordeaux !

1. Favorites
Add your most loved addresses to your favorites for easy access and create a list of things you should not miss during your trip!

2. Plannings
You can now create your own schedules within the app! Just create a new planning day and then add as many activities of your choice to the newly created planning day.

3. Tramway lines & stations
The tramway in Bordeaux is the main mean of transportation. It serves the whole city and is very convenient. Consult the map to check and get detailed infos about the stations close to you. Waiting times for any tramway station are now also available and displayed within the app !

4. Walks
Mappity Walks are now available! Each trail will let you find out about famous and hidden facets of Bordeaux. All of this while discovering cool places to hang out, eat, have a drink... and learning new things about Bordeaux thanks to our walk related historical facts

5. Recommendations
It's nice to be able to see hundreds of places on a map, but if there is no advice or indication, it's useless. That's why we added a new screen showing the places we fell in love with which you can not miss during your stay in Bordeaux!

6. Custom Points of Interest
One of your must-see places is not available? No problem ! A single click at the desired location will allow you to add it to make it available on Mappity with or without connection! Contribute and share your best plans!

7. Public toilets
We have added public toilets to the list of points of interest because we believe it's really convenient to be aware of the location when visiting Bordeaux and simply walking around.

8. User position display
It is possible to display your position in real time on the map. Do not miss a great place nearby! You can center the map on your location at any time with the recenter button.

9. Regular updates
New points of interest and categories are added on a regular basis to make the catalog more complete and diverse. New features are also under development and should be released shortly.

10. Full screen mode
Are you on a tablet or just want to get the most out of the map without the search screen being visible? No problem ! You can hide it at any time with a simple gesture down.

11. Currency Converter
A new in app currency converter has been implemented to get a better understanding of your expenses during your trip!
