This is the 2nd time I deleted this app the connectivity is horrible even when you have Bluetooth WI fi and your Mobile data going! The customer service hangs up on you because they don't want to deal with their cab drivers not showing up when you're standing outside the rain waiting for them and you never even see them come near your street on the map! yellow cab has gone downhill they suck no wonder ride share companies were able to get in this market!

Every address I put in that I took from Google maps or every business name returned the exact same thing "no results found." The only thing that was useful about this app was the phone number to call them instead of using the app

Requested a taxi on their site, it gave no feedback if successful. Called number at top of page to verify and got a message that the number wasn't assigned to anyone. No physical address on the site, seems like a scam.
