This is an outstanding service for arranging transport for people with limited mobility in NYC. Nevermind the ride sharing companies, taxis are generally cheaper. I'm a fan! The app is a little clunky at times but whenever I need a taxi with a ramp one shows up.

Can't call the driver. Not all drivers know how to use the ramp to get a wheelchair inside. Crazy since it's an accessible taxi
