Gave radio cab a second chance and they failed. Scheduled a ride more than 2 days in advanced. All that did was automatically book about 10 minutes before your scheduled ride in which it got stuck in status "assigning driver". Had to cancel and just walked to get where I needed to go. Thankfully it was only a 30 minute walk and not raining. Do not use this if you absolutely need to get somewhere on time.

I had a cab take me to my destination on Christmas day, then for the return trip I booked through the app and showed that a cab was 15 minutes out. Then my return trip got canceled. I booked again, and my trip got canceled again. I called dispatch, and they told me that they would have the driver call. The driver called and said that he didn't feel comfortable picking me on on Christmas. He also told me to go get a ride from Broadway and proceeded to have me banned from any rides from Radio.

App works great for scheduling pickups but it keeps rejecting my credit card even though I've deleted and reinstalled it several times and verified information is correct. Same thing happens with my work credit card so I have to believe it's an app issue. If this wasn't an issue I'd give it four stars.

This app is easy to use and has always worked perfectly for me, both for an asap order and pre-booking. Luv it.

When I downloaded the app and loaded it with my personal and credit card info, the only address it would accept was my home address which is 40 miles away and where I will NEVER want to be picked up! When I called to find out how the app could be used to simplify booking or paying for a ride, I was told not to use the app, just to call. Since the app wasn't going to be helpful, I deleted it, but now I'm worried about my credit card data or someone going to my home to pick me up.

Absolutely horrible. I booked a cab on the site with a 7 minute ETA. After confirming the ride I received no follow up info. After waiting a while I called dispatch and was told I may be waiting an entire day because no one was available. What's the point of having an app that doesn't actually do anything but lie?
