Most drivers are very nice. The only complaint that I have is when I make it a round trip because I only take 2-4 minutes,is that the driver will just leave me stranded & I'm disabled. So being left standing outside is horrible. Other than that, I'm happy with your service. I especially like when I can track the car, so that I ready as soon or b4 the driver comes. This way he's not waiting for me.

You get a car assigned to you you start tracking it it doesn't move for 30 min you cancel you get another one you never again get assigned to a driver you end up late for work

The app works fine but the service is horrible. I booked a medical ride and they took me to pick up another passenger. It was already two people in my ride. My blood sugar was really low and I was getting dizzy. I asked the driver to please stop and let me get something, -anything and he said he was in a hurry but took me out of my way to pick someone else up. I just had him drop me off at a store before I collapsed. I will NEVER use them again

This App is not for the ones that use the Medical part of the cab service. Which is dead wrong. They always have a second passenger in the making the trip mad longer.

I like the app but it could use an upgrade. When I want to tip 1 driver more I should be able to without making it the same for all rides

If I can rate zero I would. This people don't know what they doing half the time and want to charge dumb rates. I never have a great time.
