Hat to re set up on new app then re-enter my details booked then realised you need to select card each time as it defaults to cash which is annoying so only way to amend is to cancel and rebook. Not v convenient.

This was the biggest waste of time I have ever exposed myself to. The took my booking only to phone me as it was time for my pickup to tell me that I would have to wait another 45mins. On top of this catching a black cab cost less than their set fare. The app was easy to navigate but setting up an account was a pain. Also the operators were unhelpful and rude.

The apps just stopped working after months,

Rubbish. Taxi got booked in advance and cancelled on me twice leaving a single female stranded in Edinburgh. Shambles of a service.

Better app than before. No problems atall

While the app works, prebooking doesn't guarantee a cab turning up. Booked several hours in advance to get home from airport and nobody showed up. Very poor service! Booked again and waited half an hour and again nobody was assigned.
