this app and Metro are absolutely awful. the communication, the user interface, drivers, everything was just bad. my account was charged 5 times, I was automatically charged a 20% tip on top of this awful experience. I was being picked up from the airport and waited 2 hours for a ride when there were multiple cars available at the airport but my ride couldn't be transferred to another driver. I will never again use this app or Metro taxi's service

I downloaded this app a while ago & got rid of it because it says you get a discount if you did, I never got one. It says on the automated main menu when you call a cab to use this for faster easier booking yet the cab company told me they don't use this because they don't do pre-booking. If somebody does show up, the information they give you from here like your cab number & the model of car & cost etc doesn't match who actually picks you up & that's not good in case something happens. Trash

I am definitely on the books at the cab company. Tried installing this to see if I could save time canceling a scheduled trip instead of staying on hold. Text message to confirm I am me (I have had this installed before) has yet to arrive. Managed to cancel my trip, so not going to bother with this hot mess...

Rip-off don't use tried using this app for convenience for Metro Taxi after entering all my information and being charged $35 for what they said was going to be a $20 ride waited 30 minutes then Metro Taxi finally decided to call me and tell me I was out of their service area apparently 30 minutes from Denver is on the moon I wonder how people get ride from the airport because that's more than 30 minutes from Denver don't get this app is horrible and they will overcharge you

App and service is complete garbage. I reserve a ride for 6:25 AM the next morning. Receive confirmation for the reservation. I call Denver Yellow Cab, confirm the reservation. The morning of, app notifies me the driver is on their way. The 6:25 am time comes and goes, no driver. I call Denver Yellow Cab. They say no drivers are available, and no one is heading to my address. I ask about the reservation, phone confirmation, app notification - their response: "we guarantee nothing".

Car never showed for our booked trip. Called the operator, and they said they would send someone as soon as possible. Never showed. Called back, and they said they don't have any drivers working yet... Probably going to miss our flights.
