I was recently having to change my phone several times and with there being NO login, I had to create a New account each time... What the hell is the point of a password if you can even login??? You'd think a login would be a feature on just about any app... Apart from this? Very, very annoying and I'm not making a 4th account! Find a new taxi company.

This app used to be great but totally useless now, you can no longer use the pay by card option , you now get this annoying text every journey asking you to pay after you get in car plus it chrges 25p to use it, or you have to call up office and pay over phone. If your giving cash to the driver then fine but then whats the point having the app.

Last journey I'm having as of today, Have had multiple issues over the time I've used gocarz with drivers accepting jobs and then unaccepting, delaying me. Drivers accepting jobs and then not moving. Drivers going to the wrong place. Drivers accepting my job whilst already driving someone somewhere and going completely out of the area. Have not had this issue with any other taxi service. Don't recommend

Change my phone last week and can't login. There is no login button only registration and can't login. Not happy. Now using diamond cars. Better app.

Had a new phone and reinstalled app..now it just says account already in use! ..so cant go any further..lady on phone tells me to just uninstall and reinstall..useless ..ABC cars it is then..so lost my business!
