App easy to use and in past service has been good . Drivers friendly and efficient but admin poor. Recently taxis very late despite app showing it due to arrive shortly. Waited 45 mins one day while app stuck at " 11 mins" til arrival. If there are delays then we should be contacted with option to cancel.

I have used this company for most of lockdown and they were great but lately a couple of drivers have been a bit funny about me and others using the app as its a set rate not very nice to make the customer feeling guilty otherwise the drivers are great

Excellent app. Fast download.easy and quick setup. Rapid pick up. Clean friendly comfortable vehicle and driver. Inexpensive and very convenient! Will use many more times and would also recommend to others!

Arrived on time and affordable rate

Pre-booked taxi arrived on time via the app. However, notifications came via text, not via push. No receipt for credit card payment received by email, making expenses claims impossible. No way to leave tips for drivers when paying by card. Why does app request access to all contacts, no explanation given? Seems fishy, so blocked that. Also took a holding payment from my credit card without telling me or me authorising it first. One customer below had his card cancelled due to this activity.

Renaming the app to get it to the top of the apps list. Shocking. Means I'm much less likely to find it now though, as I automatically scroll down to E for the company name. I'll probably end up scrolling to U instead.
