This app is horrible. The taxi never showed up. tracking doesnt work. the numbers provide to call your driver simply leads you to an answering machine saying to download the app. i will never use this again.

Good app takes a bit longer than normal to get a taxi but when you've no minutes it's great :)

Used this app today for the first time, So simple to use, and very quick. Within a few seconds of pressing the button i recieved a text message with a link to my taxi, Where i was able to see on google maps and watch him getting closer, What a great idea, Now i dont have to ring back and ask how long my taxi will be. Will be recommending to all family and friends. 👌

Booked a taxi at 8AM for 8.45AM to get my daughter to school on time as I'm unwell and the speaker on my phone Is broken. Thought nothing of it and in plenty time,to then receive a text at 8.45AM saying they had to cancel it there's no one to take the fare? So by this time I'm panicking my daughter will be late. This is ridiculous and I should have been informed well before that time that they couldn't get anyone. If I book at 8AM I expect it to be booked without a hassle otherwise what is the point!
