One thing I would like to see. Whenever I use the app, I get a confirmation text. However, when we recently had inclement weather, and I used the app, I didn't receive a text. When I called about the cab 20 minutes later, they said it was a 2-3 hour wait. I wish I had received a text telling me about the wait so I could have made other arrangements. Please try to send texts about wait times during bad weather or other situations. Thanks

Awful company waited 30+minutes multiple times past my pick up time and still have to pay full price. Absolutely ridiculous

Terrible app and company, by default their is a 20% driver tip added on after your trip. It's not there when your total is being calculated. If you call to dispute it your told there's nothing they can do(dispatch)about it.

Terrible, just downloaded keeps crashing when starting up. I tried rebooting my phone didn't help. Will un-install. Junk waste of time.

The ap has gotten better from before but the prices are to high a true I take weekly usually with Uber was $18 more with all island and the wait time foe a taxi is always 30 minutes or more always I used to be a weekly user but now use Uber they are way cheaper and faster.

Horrible cab company use them several times, horrible drivers except for a few. Especially, Pierre absolutely THE BEST there! He has a clean vehicle, a charger in the back, never rude always pleasant! Tried calling and requesting him! The company needs more drivers like him!
