Very disappointed with this app. First of all, it would not take the promotional offer that Arrow themselves texted to me so I ended up paying full price. Secondly, when my taxi hadn't turned up and was a couple of mins past the booking time, I had to ring Arrow and was told my taxi would be there in 5 minutes. It wasn't - it actually arrived 12 minutes past the time I booked (I had a plane to catch). The driver told me he had only been allocated the job a couple of minutes before he picked me up! When I called Arrow from the car to complain, I was told that "all management were in a meeting and someone will call you back". No-one ever did. I will NEVER use the app again .... wake up Arrow, this is diabolical customer service!!

Avoid prepaying on card. Driver didn't turn up, I tried to call him but no
answer, rang Arrow who said he was on a break. App took my money, had to
use other company and pay again (other company was £2 cheaper for the 5
minute drive too)
