Can't book in advance. Annoying when you want to book a taxi from the only taxi company at Bristol airport.

Wanted to book a week in advance, Couldnt see how to do it on app, so used the app to make a call to book. The app didn't register the booking and I got the information about the booking via Text. So I can't really see the point in having the app. If someone can give me a reason for having it I wont delete it but as it stands i am thinking of uninstalling.

Booked a taxi to pick us up at 6am for an airport transfer. At 6.20 taxi had not appeared, app was showing driver not yet assigned, no answer from office after 7/8 attempts and had to book an alternative to catch our plane. Charged £30 in advance!
