Won't install on Samsung Galaxy Tab S7, running Android 11. Msg: "Your device is incompatible with this version." My apologies for attempting to install this app on such an antiquated piece of hardware. Seriously, this app gets worse every year, now completely useless. (Upgraded, as I was finally able to install the app, just hours before opening of play. So, missed runup and qualis. Why cut it so close.)

App stuck in loop. Installed a few days ago and used app briefly and now when launched it says I need to upgrade the app. Only option is close app or upgrade. When I click upgrade, it takes me to the app store but only shows "Open App" because I have the latest version. So now I can't even access the app! C'mon Wimbledon, you can do better than this. You've had 700+ days since the last tournament to fix this. Look at this year's French Open app as an example. That is how it's done.

Won't work on brand new Samsung Galaxy Tab A. I've installed the app on a 4 year old Sony Xperia XZ2 and works fine. Installed it on my 18 month old Galaxy Tab A, and it says it's incompatible with my device!!!! My tablet is running the latest android software, my Sony Xperia is running an older version and it works! Can't believe this app isn't working on the eve of the championship! Makes the NHS Track and Trace app look amazing in comparison!

The download was easy and, once logged in, I found my ticket with no problem. Then I have been able to access all features including live scores.

I have the latest version, but every time I try to open it, I get a message saying I must upgrade, and it will not let me use the app. I tried uninstalling and reinstalling, but I get the same message. At this point, the app is useless. Galaxy A71 5G, Android 11.

Not only is the app limited in functionality, it also asks what day you are attending and then only currently shows dates in 2019. My father is also experiencing multiple frustrations as both his iPhone and iPad are older versions that do not support this, making him consider buying a newer phone to attend this event next week. It is just ridiculous not to allow alternative mechanisms from an already disappointing app.
