The app is downgraded from last year. Probably the worst ever grand slam app. Performance and design have gone bad. And where is the seeded players section? Should I go to the web browser to find the seeded players and then come back here to track their progress? Is this app designed by amateurs?

Considering the short period of time for the open, you'd think the app would be up to speed, but it's not. Trying to keep up with the schedules it's a nightmare and if I want to read an article, 9 out of 10 times, I have some sort of incident with it. Considering how big the open is for tennis lovers, this is particularly dissapointed

Super slow. FILTERS, people! Another year and another disappointing Grand Slam app. Do you know that users want to look for specific schedules, scores and news, and we need high customizing filters for every option? And the notifications are a mess.

The app is clearly struggling with the amount of interest. It's SLOW LAGGY & OFTEN UNRESPONSIVE. It's not 2012 any more when a phone version of the website would be acceptably slow. This isn't the 1st time the event has been put on. Lift the performance if you want to keep people interested. Not good enough.

Last year's app was way better. This is incredibly slow and the interface is rubbish. Have to scroll for ages to get all the info, too much blank space. Looking at the draws is hard work and difficulty to navigate. The actual website isn't much better. Worst tennis grand slam app release so far.

The app is slow, it gets stuck too often. The info is many times incorrect (like players ranks) and it's extremely hard to look at the draw and understand what's going on. For an app that needs to be live for 2 weeks out of the whole year it's very embarrassing.
