It does the job (turning on/off my fireplace). However, there's a settings screen that looks like it has a bunch of options, but it doesn't do anything when you click those options. One of these options say "Enable Alexa"; it'd be cool if I could get that to work, but nothing happens when I click it.

I had a fireplace service company install a firebug device while repairing my fireplace for other issues. the bluetooth firebug to be used by this app, at times was unresponsive, it would take forever to find the BT firebug device not just the 1st time. So I bought iFlame WiFi Hub to add alexa control, to remove app/phone issues. the wifi bluetooth hub configuration is not implemented in the android version of this app, just IOS. the firebug would still not turn on fireplace sometimes when using Alexa. I asked for support, via there website contact, someone got back to me within minutes, saying someone would get back soon. it's been a month almost, still no one contacted for support. avoid this app and product. I've returned the hub back at a loss for restocking fee. Turning on/off the fireplace also has a latency when it does work 15sec and up.

Works OK, would like it to connect faster to my fire. All in all, works well.

It took me a while to figure out how to connect but once I connected, I can now control my fireplace from my Samsung S20.

Easy to use! I no longer have to worry about my kids flipping the fireplace on and off! Alexa compatible too!

App works well with my Firebug remote control. A timer function would be nice.
