The interface is awful for the average person: lacks user friendlyness, no care for "identifying" once downloaded not only does the app require the user to sign up via email: already eliminating new users and the sync for products is embarrasing. no real options to search via model, via brand or via photo submission... whether this is because its meant for medical devices only seems pretty unclear. Change the app name to medical product finder(misleading)
