This is first time with this app of kym's. It is clear sounding, no background disturbance . The content of kyms hypnosis ,for me, revealed to me a behaviour that has controlled the last 15 yrs of my life. The first time experience has left me feeling good , positive and aware . AND facing forward - I will update when I have used the app more . To date , I would say the app is worth the price.

Amazing! Certainly works&fires me up. Have listened 3 or more times a week&my productivity has shot up&i have got more organised with work (self employed) definitely recommend.

The things ive been achieving and the energy and focus I have had in the weeks since listening to this app are fantastic .... from further confidence in work to really pushing myself the gym .... even the health condition that knocked me off my feet nearly 2 years ago all vastly improving!! Fab for the money but take the recommendations as it does make a difference x

I feel so much more motivated after listening (& falling asleep) to this session. I listen every night, and feel wide awake & motivated in the morning. I'm so glad that this has SD option.

It cuts off just as Ms. Tolson is talking about projecting healthy, mature self up on the screen in Technicolor. I remember there being more to this from about 18 months ago on a previous phone. Is there more, or does it now cut off like that? Having listened 4 or 5 times, it's the same each time.

Has a tendency to wake you around number 3 instead of putting you deeper. But maybe others don't experience that.
