I'm so nice, which partly is why I'm giving 5 stars. But maybe 5 stars are deserved, we'll see. I used Act 1 for years without problem, but bought a new phone and Act 1 was no longer compatible. That was several years ago and I have since updated to a newer phone. To my surprise, I found that Act 1 is compatible. What makes Act 1 so important to me is that it has 'bookmarks' and 'replay A-B'. Two features that I use a lot, but for some reason none of the other video players seem to offer!

this is a really fantastic app. you can load all your movies onto your microSD card and watch them on the plane or wherever else you happen to be. there are so many options and so many ways to easily manipulate the app via the touch screen. I have been using this app for years and I love it. definitely worth the cost

Not all phones have menu keys... I'd happily pay for this app (I particularly want to be able to bookmark long videos) but without a menu key available (Samsung GS7) it doesn't seem possible. Please let me know when you find a solution to this and you'll have a paying customer!

Agreed, used to be my fav/go to app for playing videos but can no longer play in B/G..i see it has been a long time since an update..maybe creator no longer supports app? Sent feedback and if i don't hear back i guess i will have to find another..any suggestions for app the ays the video with 'Play in Background' option?

I've used this app daily for years with no problems till recently. I can't play in background anymore. I've been having this problem for a few months now and would hate to start looking for a new one.
