Booking a ride is quick and easy:
- Open the app and let us know your destination
- The HYPE app uses your device's location which makes it easy for your driver to locate you
- Your driver's picture and vehicle make, model and plate number, and his location will be shown on the app
- You will be given the chance to rate your ride and give us feedback on your HYPE experience.
- In the absence of internet connection, you will be able to request a ride via SMS.
