Hi, I just signed up successfully but after that I was required by the app to input vehicle brand, plate, etc. But the problem is, I don't have the car, it is in the operator. So I exit the app, then I can't signed up again using the phone number that I recently signed, but with no success as it is already registered. Then I tried sign in using my phone no, again can't sign in because the app prompted "account is active, contact admin." How can I continue my registration?
