Insert sim issue still not resolved. Probably the developer not interested to resolve the insert SIM alert despite the correct SIM being in the phone. There are multiple comments on this unresolved issue. In such advanced IT and ITES Telangana state, such simple unresolved issues in the App send wrong message to the users of this App. . Please do the needful to enable us use the App without glitches... Thanks in advance.

App crashes The interface is also not good, it doesn't provide much information, Bill history section is waste , it doesn't gives proper information ℹ️ Please upgrade the app version , it's features , and add some more options in it like correction account of details Easy interface and many more THE APP IS WASTE IT CRASHES AND INTERFACE TOO

App is most worst app and government service is also the same in terms of service but when in terms of receiving payment it's always the best which is not actually deserved 1. Application cant save cards or payment methods. 2. Cant save multiple accounts for payments. 3. Adding grievance is always a herculean task. 4. App is very slow most of the time and crashes always . 5.when you cant book a grievance I meant submission via app or website (which doesn't happen after filing details it crash

This app is a nightmare! After updating the sim card with same mobile number and service provider it has been asking to insert the registered number sim card to use the consumer services even though it is the same. I have tried to make corrections using the website but to no avail. Please try to reaolve this issue as its supposed to help customers make payments digitally especially during these pandemic times and not make it difficult.

Not at all good there seems to be no good security for payment of bill that is just showing the acknowledfement of the payment and gets stuck there it should automatically redirect to the apps landing page and in acknowledgment there is a print option which dont work and also make another payment option in acknowledgement page which again shows different functionality that showing the web view of the bill payments need to improve lot more

Very poor performance. After entering Mobile and CAN details never going past OTP details, OTP is not generated at all. Need a lot of Improvements as the main objective of the app is compromised and is giving a much delay.
