Worked fine until I re-installed it after deleting. The password is wrong,... Forgot Password does not work from the website and not available in the app. The website crashed when requesting for forgot password. Basically i can't get it to work anymore and no help is provide or even an email to contact..

Biggest problem with the EZ app is the missing instructions. For example : You have to send Online commands. They get send per SMS. Nowhere is the explanation you have to go back with the mobile "back" button to come back from SMS to EZ where you has to go to "Notifications" where you can see what happen as result from your command. You have to find out everything yourself and it's tricky to understand what is going on. Tracking works only if you do things they are not explained. Tricky .....

Work very well with my trackers i find you have to come out of the app then go back in for it to find your tracking data but as its 100 % free with no subscription well worth the small delay for your data to come through. Also uses google maps overlay so easy to read and see where your tracker is and normally within 2 houses accurate.

Poor App. GPS Tracker worked with manual message commands, as soon as this App was brought online to command tracker it always sent incorrect commands that tracker did not recognize. Tracker sales could not get it to work after many tries. Finally got money back. Manuals are difficult to follow, basically garbage.

Works OK. You usually have to go into the app, log out, login, then it works fine. Also the historical data is hard to work with. But can't complain really

Total waste of time, will not let you register an account and you can not use it without an account. Tried it on 2 devices with the same result.
