Useless fraudsters. I was meant to have the £5 store credit, but it didn't work to their "support" who just fed me such baloney. They said that Google were going to update the Store app in a couple of hours to fix the problem (nonsense). I explained it didn't even use the app! They then cut me off as I didn't respond fast enough (despite them taking up to 10 minutes between messages). Do not bother with this app, or Three for that matter.

Not good reason why. I was told to come over to this app to redeem the £5 pound for the app store which isn't working due to being linked to another number on the sim I'm using i told three I kept my old number and now and thet said to come to this app and it'll work it hasn't the live chat seems to not work as I been waiting 30mins and still no one. Any help would be appreciated and I will up the stars

I'm fuming! I have a promo code in the app. I was waithing till this morning to buy the tickets, to make sure rhe weather is fine. I was online buying my ticket when I tried to log in to the app for my code. It didn't let me. It said i entered the wrong phone number too many times, so they locked me out for an hour. IT WAS NOT THE WRONG NUMBER!!!! I want to buy my ticket now and leave. I cant wait for an hour!!!! And of course on the live chat nobody answering!

Used to be great, but now the deals are all rubbish. I loved the cheap films and free coffees but I've not used an offer in months. Simply because there's nothing worth having. And a lot of them are subscriptions. You used to be able to see at a glance your deals. Now it takes time trawling through all the useless catagories to see anything. I will be uninstalling soon if it doesn't improve. Three, what are you doing? I used to recommend three to loads of people because of this app!

Cannot remember my password, so asked for reset link. This doesn't work. Followed all instructions given, but no joy. I'm sure it's a great app, if you don't forget your password. Oh and just for a laugh, the email address they show here, is not monitored, so you can email them and you get an automated response telling you it is not monitored to contact customer service via Live chat. Who hasn't been able to solve my issue. It's a joke

Completely useless: it's inaccessible. I was suddenly shut out of my account and my correct password was not accepted. Having been on hold on several calls for over an hour accumulatively, none of the staff I finally spoke to - even on the chat facility when it was answered - were able to send me the correct link, instead simply resending me a link for my three online account, which is different and worked fine before the reset link I didn't need. Pitiful that either none of them listen or none of them understand. Bizarre how even after such continual repetition, the wrong link was still consistently sent. It would be good to have even just one competent member of staff there.
