I was one of those clamoring for an Android MyHusky App when this was not released along with apps for other platforms. I started using the app since April and basically, like the app. The reason for the 3 stars is Husky customer service, which sucks. Apps are bound to have issues, how the developer/customer service responds to issues is, to me, what makes a great experience. Out of my past 3 transactions, I only got a receipt in the app once. I followed up with a feedback in the app, got an initial response, requesting more information, but since (72 hours) then nothing from customer service in response. Since I do need my receipts, I am abandoning the app to start printing receipts at the pump again. Such a shame for an app that is intended to save you time (Update January 17, 2021) -- I changed my Phone to a Pixel 4a 5G in December and since then I have not been able to login to the app. I have tried deleting the cache and data. Still the same issue. I emailed support again as suggested here on January 4th, and no one has bothered to respond. Error message is "There was an error logging in, please retry(WCA)". Trying to create a new account got the same error. I understand bugs and issues happen, but the almost non-existent myHusky support makes it very painful when issues come up. Update: Feb 2, 2021 - This was fixed by rebooting the phone after deleting the cache

Edit: it's working fine now, after clearing the app data and cache. Thanks for the help! // Ever since I upgraded my phone to the Pixel 5, I have been unable to log into my account, so the app is completely unusable. When I enter my credentials and press login, it shows the loading bar across the top for a moment, and then does nothing at all.

Got a new phone (pixel 5) and the app won't load my card or gives me an error message to check data or wifi connection even though I have full bars. I emailed support twice but never heard back. Update: the app works now if you clear cache and storage. It's back to working perfectly! Still not giving this 5 stars because I never received any email responses and only figured it out by reading Alex's response to others in the review section.

Such a garbage app. If you enter the wrong password it doesn't even tell you if you did and just stops. When wanting to reset the password it says unable to generate pin at this time. Husky get a new development team

I used to use this app all the time, and now it wont let me log in. Got a new phone, opened app, put in my user and pass, and a white bar swipes across the top of the screen like its logging in.....then nothing, still on the same log in page. Have changed pass, tried again, nothing. Deleted and redownloaded the app, same thing. Pretty disappointed

Unable to login to my account. Haven't used the app since August 2020 due to this. App won't allow me to reset password or create a new login. Tried clearing cache only as suggested in previous posts, which has not helped.
