There is a bug in the app that has been going on for more than a week. While entering the otp for payment the page keeps auto refreshing multiple times. You need to press the dismiss button within half of a second for the otp screen to show up. Because the refresh happened so many times, my bank ends up sending multiple OTPs. Even after submitting the otp the page starts auto refreshing manually. So I am forced to order on my iPad and this issue does not exist over there.

The app is full of bugs. Anytime there's a complaint, for example, you are required to send a picture. Well, the button doesn't work. Every time I let them know about it, I was always met with the same automatic messages. Now, they charged me money for an unspecified service. 2 months after I still didn't get my money back, after providing screenshot, message and bank statement. The 50% offer is truly the only reason why I still use their app.

Almost every single place that offers 1 riyal delivery fee(if ordering certain amount) has literally blocked my location from the app not letting me reorder ever again from the same places. How does this make sense??? I emailed customer support and no one responded. This is a delivery app, if you are refusing to deliver based on your own prices then it should be literally illegal to offer discounts and then take them back because my location isn't close to the actual resturants.

Worst food delivery app, based on my experience over the years! Delivery is always late even when it's not peak hours, drivers roam around picking multiple users orders at the same time, and hunger station customer support is also poor and reluctant in providing true support and higher quality service. 2023 update: I'm using the service again, and it's way better than how it was few years back. They still need some enhancements to reach perfection. Rating updated from 1 to 4 stars now.

Apps location does not work sometimes, you will end up paying the driver much more. I ordered food after specifing my location then the driver goes to a different location, so I check the app and the location was wrong, I paid the driver extra 25. I contacted costumer service (very slow and annoying) and they refused to pay me the 25 (she was basically saying I am lying) The app is overall fast, but there's an issue with the location + costumer service is a horrible experience

As for delivery, I give it 5 stars But the only issue is it doesn't give enough time to give you an option to cancel the order. I was removing my order and pressing X when suddenly the app sent my order Please fix the app it might have a bug and also add a cancel option for at least 30 seconds or a minute. For some, they might want to change the order or mistakenly pressed checkout
