Lots of challenges with the UI on this app. There were plenty of quirks. Bad user experience overall. If you want help you should check out accurate digital solutions they are a local company. Fortunately I was able to complete my order. It certainly is an improvement over the old app but certainly falls short from a user expectation. I even hear the owner is essentially Friends of the family.
