That's what the manager told me after the 60 minute wait quoted by the app for delivery came and went and 90 minutes more went by after that. 2 1/2 hours later we got our pizza. Great pizza, horrible app. Also has bug which prevents you from adding 9.99 large 2 topping to your cart.
