Signing up is too lengthy. Password info was verified then came back as (something) changed and had to redo. Did that and page was "out of service". Had to go through it all over again! Once I got through it all it proved to be much easier. I don't know why I didn't go somewhere else after all of that!

The specials don't always work and the store can't always do the special. They advertised a 51% off but the app wouldn't process correctly and made it a negative amount ND wouldn't complete the order. The store wouldn't help and said they wouldn't honor the discount. Very frustrating as sometimes have to do multiple orders because it won't apply coupons correctly

Nice and easy. Other pizza places are gonna be old news. Everybody uses their phones now for just about anything. Hungry Howies has got it figured out. You would think I work for them after that review, but no. I'd be happy to take a job advertising. I work for a large resort on the strip and talk to a lot of people every day. Hint hint

Pretty good app but there's NO WAY to be able to complain or give feedback on messed up orders. I live 20 miles from our local store and going back isn't always an option when they mess up my order or something is missing. If coupons or credits or something could be done online I'd be more likely to forgive and forget mistakes but honestly it happens so much we are afraid to order as often as we would otherwise. Just being honest.

Its actually pretty good the time it takes for your food to get there can take quite awhile and is really the time frame it will come around!!and if you make a order you cant take it back then have to tell the person that drove over to you I didnt order that also they sometimes mix your drinks up between 20oz and a hole pop now out of the bad/confusing parts the food is very good~~ I've ordered around 3 times not one bad pizza wings ,bread sticks nothing so the time is worth the wait there

Horrible- never works right. I have to change my keyboard size just to click "submit". Half the time when I add to the cart it won't then I have to start over. You can't look at the menu without putting in contact info. I didn't even want the stupid app but your website on mobile is absolutely horrible too. This makes me literally rethink even giving you my business.
