Badly written ap. Just trying to create an account was crazy bad. Entering info is impossible. Then it tells me Google maps can't locate my address. Actually taking time to review thIs before deleting the ap. What a POS.

Same problems everyone else is reporting. It cannot very my address therefore it cannot set a store as my default. I hope they read these and get it fixed. I love their chicken.

App is so buggy I could barely make an account. Once I finally got an account, the app could not recognize my address nor could it find a store near me. Regardless of having my location active and permissions set, the app continuously loaded while looking for a store near me. Never found it after twenty minutes so I uninstalled.

Login experience is pretty terrible. No single sign on option and no indicators of what's required when creating a profile. Also, guest ordering didn't recognize my 5 digit zip code. Installed and uninstalled within 10 minutes. Who requires your physical address to set up an account?

This App sucks and is useless. It won't find locations even when specifically given locations permission, to even begin a order. Upon realizing the app was so poorly maintained, I decided to eat elsewhere because what else are they slacking with? Handwriting and sanitation? Highly displeased.
