I download this app but it never open today this app not working properly

Update: Again an issue with the app. Money got deducted twice for same transaction and I don't know how to reach for help, because there is no provision for support. There isn't any customer support or an option to register complaint. Today an order wasn't delivered even after 40 minutes after placing the order and were still asking for more time. In such scenarios how can I ask for help or escalate the issue. And we cant even give feedback/rating on such orders. Such a rediculous application.

When you setup this app default password to login is 123456. Having trust on them i haven't changed my default password for 2 months. Somehow EXECUTIVES of sattva have this info those are using default password. So they just logged in with my EMP Id and default password and used my wallet balance. This happened to me twice. Not sure how may people have lost their balance. Very poor app security. Don't TRUST on people who help us to do recharge wallet.
