This service had some pros and cons as well. The foremost drawback is delay in intimation of confirmation of driver just 45 minutes before journey. Why can't the confirmation made atleat 12 hours in advance. The had a feature of favourite driver but they never provide favourite driver even booking is made days in advance. If they are not willing to provide why to have such feature No contact number for customer care

After completing the trip, money got deducted twice automatically from Paytm wallet. Refund was not an automatic one but involved a very lengthy process. Planned cheating by DriveU app. For people who don't check their wallet balance properly will end up losing double the amount.

Very bad service , always taking extra charges, always chitting with customers. Always taking extra charges on the name of GST & PPE kit, but there is no use of that. Very bad service.

Very convenient app. Easy to book. Drivers are good at their job, polite and punctual. They follow the covid protocol.

Driveu is providing excellent service, without any fear we can send or receive vehicles through driveu app I'm utilising it since approx for the last two years till now thrs no any issues. Wonderful service from driveu team thank you so much I need your service in future too.

App is not detecting sms. Not allowing me to manually enter. Even missed call option not working. Test your app before you waste people's time
