After reading other reviews, I was skeptical whether my DS Logon would work for me. I just tried out anyway, and it worked! However, this app's functionality is somewhat disappointing. Compared to the web access, the app has very minimal functions. Access to the Secure Messaging, for example, would be nice to have.

Tried to pay my quarterly premium. Couldn't get past the enter payment screen. After I entered my credit card number it would not continue. I tried for 15 minutes and was not able to pay.

DS login does not work in this app. DS login works in any browser. There should be no need to set chrome as your default browser in order to make this work.

Does not work with DS login. No other way to login. As of June 2021, the DS logon still ends without gaining access to the app. Recommend just using two factor authentication or biometrics to logon. App is not usable withe DS logon.

Gave me the wrong region; my information won't stay on the app and I have to keep reentering it. I should have expected nothing less from Tricare. The VA apps are just as bad; this is why I signed up for private insurance so I can be treated like a human for once.

Can't even log into the thing, my DS log in works fine on a browser, but not on this, infuriating waste of time.
