App keeps crashing for no reason. Constantly says business are closed when they aren't and orders fail to go through. Also with Hugo Nicaragua they canceled an order and have failed to refund or even answer. Terrible customer service.

Filters store doesn't work. No way to order shops or a way to search a specific store from all the categories

UPDATE: I take 1 star away. The app has bugs. It is not working properly lately.. ... I placed a few orders, and I was very impressed. They have fast and good quality service. I will be placing more orders for my family and hopefully they keep the good service. I RECOMMEND HUGO. But improve your app please.

I love the service they provide but I hate...HATE their app. It is hands down the buggiest most unusable steaming turd of an app I have ever used. I seriously have to force stop the app at least three times every time I want to use it. It's slow, will order the wrong products, and still shows that I don't have an order history after using it for a month. Seriously, who ever designed and coded this app needs to find a new job. It is the worst. Again, great service, but your app is a steaming turd. You gotta fix it.

After a good while using the app and several dozen orders, I can say I'm pretty satisfied with the app and service overall. It's not perfect by any means, but I'm very satisfied with how support handles things whenever something does go wrong, even if it happens more frequently than I'd prefer. They have a good variety of restaurants/businesses and occasionally offer good promotions. It's been invaluable at times, specially with the ongoing pandemic.

Very bad bad food app platform. After cancel my orders several time because they want that the customer send their personal information like a photo of the credit card and ID for "confirmation" matters I send what they ask. I tried to put my order again and for my surprise the order was cancelled with the excuse that my credit card doesn't work. What? Really? I've used this app during the pandemic and was my favorite but now is a real nightmare. Trust me DO NOT DOWNLOAD THIS AND BE CAREFUL!
