This article outlines two straightforward methods for installing Hubble for Pets on PC Windows and Mac.

Using BlueStacks

  1. Download the APK/XAPK file from this page.
  2. Install BlueStacks by visiting http://bluestacks.com.

Terrible. Installed app on my Galaxy s8. App crashes as soon as I open it. I see the options to sign in or create a new account, then app crashes. Every time. Reinstalled the app. No luck. As I can't even create an account, I would say this is 100% useless

I've just changed my phone and can't register my trackers on the new phone with the app. Contacted support but they just gave me the registration instructions again and then have gone silent. I now have three useless trackers.

Wouldn't even let me sign in. Did so on another device instead and the app is useless. 24 hours in and have been unable to ping the device once. Support non-existent. Avoid.

AVOID, AVOID, AVOID! Where do I even start? I read all the terrible reviews and, being IT professional myself, I thought there is no way we cannot get it work together with app developers. The problem is, they probably don't exist! Don't bother writing to Oliver, all you get back is template email reply, referring to app settings that don't exist. Returning the Motorola tracker today, which is a shame as it is well designed and the tracker itself seems to work. Just not with this truly terrible app.

I've had this for two weeks... App crashes, my device won't even connect. Absolute rubbish. Very disappointed

This app is terrible..Doesnt work and no support what's so ever from their tech team.. After owning this product for the best part of three months it still doesn't work. These cowboys have clearly got mega issues with this product.. there customer support team make great claims that this app will be working in the not so distant future well I've heard this now for 3 months and it's still not working at all... poor product with poor customer support and all for £100.😡
