This article outlines two straightforward methods for installing HUB 6 - Home Automation on PC Windows and Mac.

Using BlueStacks

1 start Review Newest version sucks. Older version worked with ecobee. Doest offer geofencing. Newest version always shows lost connection and doesn't tell me if the system is armed or not. Very not happy with this. Fix your app. Update July 15 2020 Changed to 4 stars Company pushed an update that resolved my issues. Geofencing is offered through IFTTT. They even reached out to me by email and phone to follow up and make sure the system is running properly.

This product is great. I've been using it for over a year now and it has only improved. It is a great retrofit to aging alarm system. It is a great smart home addition and works well with Google Assistant and routines.

Originally the app worked great, however the latest update removed the cell strength indicator. Also, now there is an extreme lag on receiving notifications when disarming the system. Arming notifications are received instantly, however the disarm now can lag up to 45 min. What's going on guys? Its a great piece of hardware but the app has taken several steps backwards...

5-28-2020 reduced to 4 stars. . Cellular backup not working and no way to test signal. App used to show Cell Signal but that appears to have been removed and support says to test at location using your cell phone. So if I can make a call, text and email from Hub6 location on my cell phone then what? ORIGINAL REVIEW Great. 21 year old alarm brought back to life.

Hub6 supports Google Home, I am able to Arm/Disarm using Google Home Routines. If you have compitable DSC or Honeywell security system, you want regret your Hub6 purchase. MISSING: 1. Zone complete history rather than just last 2. Zone open/close notifications 3. Geo-fencing functionality 4. Wedget BUGS: 1. One of my door was open, but was reported as close in zone information. 2. I have multiple user configured but no matter who arms/disarms, it notifies MASTER as user.
