I have tried to use this app several times and It just didn't accept either my phone number or my email address without any explanation.

The location of bikes sometime is false, resulting in walking long distances utill you find one. App oftentimes crashes. Bicycles are often in poor condition (loose steering wheel, not working headlights, loose screws of seats which makes it super uncomfortable to ride because the seat bends forward or bacward). On the other hand, the price of the service is quite cheap, so some of the interface problems and bicycle maintenance issues are understandable.

My app bugged out when locking a bike, and it now still shows as running. I used the bike on January 14th, a week later (as I was outside the country), got an email saying to please lock the bike. After that I have been ignored by customer service countless of times, and bike still shows as running, almost two months later. Great idea, horrible company to implement it.

Best app ever! Once you rent bike once it's really easy! Just click and ride! Three minor suggestions for improvement: - Please explain that areas to park when finished are indicated on map with blue lines. - Please change 'release' to 'cancel' (I did not understand at first that realease means cancel reservation). - Please explain better how to use more than one bike as a family.

When it's not crashing incessantly, it work great. On my android 9 it worked well and only crashed 3 times for 1 ride, on my friends iOS 13 it crashed every time. So I had to use my phone, log me out, log him in and starte/end rides for him.

This is the worst app I have ever encountered. I used it for several times - each time I had to wait for approximately 30mins to either unlock or lock the bike thus making my trip so much more complicated and more expensive. The bikes are nice but the app is in need for updates

About this app

When the tram or bus doesn’t take you exactly to your final
destination, you can take an HTM Bike for the last mile. The HTM Bike can be
combined with your tram and/or bus journey, but can of course also be used
separately. By bike you travel around the city easily, without getting caught
up in traffic. Grab a bike whenever and wherever you want.

Find and rent a bike

An HTM Bike is very easy to use and to register: Download the HTM
Bike app. After you’ve created an account, the app will show you exactly
where you can find available bicycles throughout the region. Select the bike
at the most convenient location for you and you will receive directions to the
location of that specific bike. You can unlock the HTM Bike by scanning the
QR code. The lock opens automatically after the QR code has been scanned.

Reservation
You can reserve a bike 30 minutes beforehand so that you are assured that a
bike is available for you.

Returning
When you have reached your destination, you can return the bike at the
locations shown in this app. If you want to park the bike temporarily, you can
do so by using the “pause” button in the app. To continue your journey, you
switch off the ‘’pause’’ button. As long as the “pause” button is activated, the
rental time continues. The bike rental can only be stopped when the bike is
parked at one of the locations shown in the app. The app can also be used
afterwards to view all your trips and invoices.
