Best built-in weather app, like ever. Since my first HTC phone, I've been addicted to it's flip weather/clock widget. When I've strayed to other devices, I must, must, must... use a close facsimile - but they're just never as satisfying. The option to have audio present when you click on the weather conditions... to die for. I regularly click the weather just to hear it's sound effects. Sigh. Lol.

At this moment the app doesn't work at all. It cannot pull location data and doesn't even ask for permission. Its a shame because it was my favourite app from older HTC phone.

Old version tried to force you to use location services, but it wasn't a requirement and you could still manually force an update of all your saved locations. New version forces you to use location services or it exits and doesn't function. This app absolutely tracks you (even tries to access your contacts - now why does a weather app need access to your contacts?). A native app should NOT require location services to run when it isn't absolutely necessary. Won't ever update till this is fixed.

When I apply this update it creates a defect by causing the phone's navigation buttons to become concealed. The only solution is to return the app to its factory settings. When is this problem going to be corrected? Surely I can't be the only HTC owner affected by this!

Deinstalled it. After this update, phone got really hot and battery was empty in a couple of hours. Uninstalling the update fixed it immediately.
