Junk app. Put $10 on it with my bank card (non refundable of course) and it doesn't even work. Host error every time I try to scan a machine, select my laundry room from the list and get told room not found every single time, even though it's listed... I just want my nonrefundable money back. This app is a bigger headache than going to the bank for a roll of quarters could ever be. Save yourself the time and don't bother.

App doesn't even let me choose my city before I can even sign in. Serious issues with this app. It would be really nice for some sort of update to fix all these issues.

This version 3.0.2, lists many states, but when I select the radio button for California, the City and Location fields do not populate, rendering the app completely worthless. The new version 3.0.5 is even worse. It only offers 4 states, MN, ND, SD, WI. Both versions function very well at taking money from your preferred account, but I have yet to determine how to get those funds returned. Are there any newer functional versions available?

Very glitchy. Today, It would not work the first 2 times I scan and I think it ate my money twice or someone may be hack into my account? It work last week. What's going on? I might not use this for my next laundry

It doesn't work. Won't let me choose my location, so I can't log in to my account, or even create a new one. Entirely non-functional and hasn't been updated in several years. Literally the worst app and worst customer service I have seen in my entire life.

I created a new account and I followed the simple instructions! When I scanned the bar code on the washer or dryer it didn't work! I called the customer service number and told them the problem which was "Host Error" and they didn't help me over the phone! Save your time and don't download this app!
