Downloaded the lacoste app to order an item for a family members birthday,the payment went through and showed on my credit card as pending only to be cancelled because their is a problem with their system not processing the payment fast enough. Lacoste need to sort this problem out or lose customers I myself have spent thousands on the lacoste brand over a period of many years,the best form of comunication is by word of mouth,I'll be shopping at stone island from now on!!!

This review isn't so much about the app. The app works fine when my watch is connected. But I've been having trouble connecting my 12.12 watch to my new Galaxy A10 smart phone. Every time I try to connect it says unable to connect. And when it DOES connect the numbers don't show on the watch when I press the two buttons simultaneously. And ideas what's going on?

Worst product, I think obsolete items are sold at this app.. i purchased from shop, it was so qualitative... when I purchased from this app, I got product like I purchased from footpath... platform for totally bad quality...

Such a stupid app. It doesn't work anything. The watch receive notifications only when it wants, you should definitely fix this app.
